Video file upload

You can now upload videos directly to the Samsung Ad Manager instead of just using a VAST URL. Browse your computer or drag and drop an MP4 video file into the New Creative Form. Videos must meet required specs and will be reviewed by Samsung representatives. Learn more about how to Add a creative.

Campaign edits

Instead of emailing the Support team, you can now submit campaign edit requests directly in Samsung Ad Manager. Click Edit next to the campaign you want to update, make your desired changes, and click Publish. Learn how to submit a campaign edit request in the Update or pause your campaign article.

Invite new users

Invite additional users to your account with the User Invite form. Find the form in the top right corner of your admin tools. You can manage which advertisers your users can access. Invitations will be reviewed and processed in 1-2 business days.

Add new advertisers

Add advertisers to your account with the Advertiser form. Find the form in top right corner of your admin tools. Invitations will be reviewed and processed by Samsung representatives in 1-2 business days.
