After you submit your creative assets, we will review them to be sure that they meet our guidelines.

Samsung reserves the right to approve or deny advertising creative and content at its discretion.

Any type of advertisement or promotion for products or services that contain elements from the following list are prohibited:

Adult content

Adult content (including provocative or sexually suggestive content). Obscene or sexual material, including:

• Nudity

• Obscured or implied sexual acts

• Explicit sexual language

• Explicit sexual acts

• Visible sexual touching

Derogatory statements

Derogatory statements against any race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, or specific persons: Content promoting violence or advocating against a particular group, including groups identified by their:

• Race or ethnic origin

• Religion

• Color

• National origin

• Disability

• Age

• Veteran status

• Sexual orientation or gender identity

Profane language

Profane, obscene, or vulgar language (including any related slang)

Alcohol and drugs

Alcohol advertising, marketing or promotional content promoting excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages including:

• Operation of any equipment or motor vehicle while drinking

• Portrayal of enhanced performance, enjoyment or social status because of drinking

• The use of drugs and drug paraphernalia, including (i) illegal drugs, (ii) drug accessories, and (iii) herbal drugs (g., salvia and "magic mushrooms").

• Depiction or promotion of the underage use of alcohol, smoking, or drugs

Violence or abuse

Depiction or promotion of violence or abuse against humans or animals. Violence, including:

• Obscene or vulgar language (g., excessive swearing)

• Assault or rape

• Injury to human beings or animals

• Blood or dismemberment of human beings or animals

• Torture or killing of human beings or animals

• Bullying

Illegal gambling or illegal activity

Depiction or promotion of illegal gambling or any illegal activity. Illegal activity, including:

• Any form or illegal activity or the promotion thereof (g., how to build a bomb, stealing, robbing, hacking, freaking, software piracy)

• Any type of illegal substance

• Any website containing illegal, false or deceptive investment advice or money-making opportunity.

False information

False or misleading information or unclear messaging

Mimicking of functionality

Mimicking of functionality or warnings of the operating system or other apps

Marijuana

All Marijuana & Marijuana derivatives (Including where legal)

Tobacco or tobacco related products

All Tobacco or tobacco related products including cigarettes, (including electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes), chewing tobacco, snuff tobacco, and small cigars, or the use of these products in advertisements.

Religious content

Religious or occultist content, imagery or symbols.

Firearms

Firearms, including:

• Guns

• Ammunition

• Fireworks

Targeting based on SPI

Targeting where audiences are created from or a derivative of Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) without specific substantiations (regarding the anonymizing methodology) and reps, warranties to minimize risk to Samsung.
