Request changes and invite users

Before you start
You must be logged into your Samsung account to submit a change request.
On this page, you will learn how to request the following changes for your campaign:
Request a new user invite.
Request a new advertiser invite.
Update details (such as location and demographics) of your campaign.
Request users to be added to accounts
Request a new user
To request to add a new user to your account, follow these steps:
From your Ad Manager account portal in the upper right-hand corner, click the dropdown menu. Select Invite new user.
Enter the emails addresses of people you want to invite, separating the email accounts with commas.
Click Invite users.
Request a new advertiser
From your Ad Manager account portal in the upper right-hand corner, click the dropdown menu. Select New Advertiser.
Fill out the New Advertiser form.
Click Save.
Request a campaign change
After creating your campaign, you can make updates by submitting a campaign change request. Elements you can change include:
Location
Demographics
Behavior
Budget
Note
You cannot request a change for the Goal section of a campaign.
You can submit a change request for any campaign that has a Ready, Active, or Paused status. You cannot submit change requests for In Review or Setup campaigns until the status changes.
To submit a change request, follow these steps:
Go to the Campaigns page.
In the Campaign name column, select the campaign you want to change.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Edit.
Make your desired changes.
Click Publish.
You can submit one batch of changes for a time. After a batch has been submitted, you need to wait for the changes to be implemented before submitting another batch.
After you click Publish, your campaign’s status in the Campaign page will change from Active to In Review. Your changes will be implemented in 1-2 days.
