Payments
Samsung Ad Manager supports payment through all major credit cards, or via invoicing (for eligible clients).
NOTE
To apply for invoicing as your payment method, reach out to our sales team to submit an application. Approval may take up to two weeks.
What if a payment fails?
Outstanding balances on your account must be settled within 48 hours. Samsung may suspend your campaign if payment is not made within that time.
Billing
What will I be billed for?
You will be billed only for the impressions that have been delivered.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed in arrears for the charges associated with the impressions delivered on the 15th and last day of each month.
Disputes and chargebacks
Because we only ever bill you for the ads that have run and the impressions that were delivered, refunds and chargebacks are not available. Samsung may suspend your account if you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company.
Taxes
Taxes may be added to your bill in accordance with local law.
