Payments
Payment methods
Samsung Ad Manager accepts major credit cards for payment.
What if a payment fails?
Outstanding balances on your account must be settled within 48 hours. Samsung may suspend your campaign if payment is not made within that time.
Billing
What will I be billed for?
You will be billed only for the impressions that have been delivered.
Upfront payment
The minimum spend for a Samsung Ad Manager campaign is 10 000 USD. We charge 20% of your campaign spend before your campaign launches. This upfront payment is reconciled with the final campaign payment. For example, if your upfront payment was $2000 and the charges associated with the final billing cycle are $3000, we’ll charge you the balance of $1000.
When will I be billed?
After we receive your upfront payment, you will be billed in arrears for the charges associated with the impressions delivered on the 1st and 15th of each month.
What happens if actual campaign delivery is less than my upfront payment?
If your campaign is suspended, stopped or cancelled and the overall delivery is less than your upfront payment, Samsung will refund the balance.
Disputes and chargebacks
Because we only ever bill you for the ads that have run and the impressions that were delivered, refunds and chargebacks are not available. Samsung may suspend your account if you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company.
Taxes
Taxes may be added to your bill in accordance with local law.
