Order ID Report

The Order ID Report provides a downloadable, order-level view of conversions attributed to your campaigns in Ad Manager. It includes Order ID, Campaign ID, Order Timestamp, and Order Value, enabling advertisers to reconcile attributed orders with their internal systems and analyze performance at the individual transaction level. Order-level reporting is available for active campaigns once Order ID and Order Value are passed dynamically through the Web Conversion pixel.
To generate and download an Order ID report, go to Reporting in Ad Manager. In the Create Report area, do the following:
Choose Web Conversion as your campaign goal.
Select one or more campaigns.
Choose Web Performance (Orders) as the report type.
Select your date range.
Choose your Dimensions and Metrics.
Click Download to generate and download the report.

Order Timestamp is provided in UTC and may require conversion to client’s account’s local timezone when reconciling with internal systems.
In Ad Manager campaign reporting, conversions are shown on the date the ad impression occurred because campaign performance is measured based on when the ad drove the outcome. The Order ID Report shows the date the purchase actually happened. Both reports reflect the same attributed orders, but they display them based on different dates. The total number of orders will remain the same for the selected date range. For example, if a user saw an ad on January 26 and completed a purchase on January 28, campaign reporting would show the conversion on January 26, while the Order ID Report would show the order on January 28.
Troubleshooting FAQs
Why does an Order ID appear without an Order Value?
This occurs when the purchase event is successfully captured by the Web Conversion pixel, but the Order Value parameter is not passed or is formatted incorrectly at the time of the transaction. In this case, the order will still appear in the report to ensure conversion counts remain aligned with campaign reporting, and the Order Value field will display as not applicable.Why don’t I see any Order IDs in the report?
Order IDs appear only when purchase conversions have been attributed to your campaign during the selected date range. This report reflects purchase events captured through the Web Conversion purchase pixel, with Order ID passed dynamically from your website at the time of purchase.Why does total revenue in the Order ID Report not match my internal reporting?
The Order ID Report reflects revenue from orders attributed to the selected campaigns and date range in Ad Manager. Your internal reporting may include additional orders that were not attributed to those campaigns.
