Creatives

My creative has not been approved. What should I do?

If a creative is not approved, text will appear in the Asset Details form that explains why the creative was not approved. Make the suggested changes to your video and re-submit the creative to be reviewed.


Campaigns

Can I add a web pixel to my web traffic campaign after it has launched?

Yes. You can add a web pixel to your campaign by clicking on the campaign name and clicking Edit. From there, you will be able to add a web pixel and make other changes.

Where can I find my Advertiser name?

Your Advertiser name is displayed on the right-hand side of the top navigation ribbon.

Follow the instructions below to locate your Advertiser name:

  1. Log into Ad Manager.

  2. Locate the navigation ribbon at the top of the page.

  3. Locate the Advertiser field on the right-hand side. Your Advertiser name will be displayed there.

How do I request a VAST URL?

Email our support team with the subject request for a VAST URL and include the following information and items:

  • Advertiser name

  • Video file

  • Creative name

  • Language of the video provided

  • Website URL

We will respond and provide you with a VAST URL for you to use to add your creative in Ad Manager.

How do I reset my password?

Follow the steps below to reset your password:

  1. Go to https://admanager.samsungads.com/login

  2. Click Reset Password. The password reset page will be displayed.

  3. In the email field, enter your email address.

  4. Click Continue. The password reset form will be displayed and an email will be sent you with a confirmation code.

  5. In the confirmation code field, enter the code that was sent to you in the Reset your Ad Manager Password email.

  6. In the new password field, enter a new strong password.

  7. In the confirm password field, enter the same strong password as you entered in the new password field.

  8. Click Reset Password to update your password. You will now be able to log into Ad Manager with your new password.
