Where can I find my Advertiser name?
Advertiser name is displayed on the right hand side of the top navigation ribbon in Samsung Ad Manager.
Follow the instructions below to locate your advertiser name:
Log into Ad Manager.
Locate the navigation ribbon at the top of the page.
Locate the Advertiser field on the right hand side. Your advertiser name will be displayed there.
Where can I find my Campaign name?
Campaign name, the name you entered when you submitted your campaign plan, is displayed on the Campaign listing page.
Follow the instructions below to locate your campaign name:
Log into Ad Manager. The Campaign listing page will be displayed.
Locate your campaign, either by scrolling on the Campaign listing page or, by using the search bar.
Your campaign name will be displayed in the Name column.
Where can I find my Campaign ID?
Campaign ID is a numeric unique identifier for your campaign.
Follow the instructions below to locate your campaign ID:
Log into Ad Manager. The Campaign listing page will be displayed.
Locate your campaign, either by scrolling on the Campaign listing page or, by using the search bar.
Click on the campaign name. The Campaign details page will be displayed.
The campaign ID is captured at the end of the URL in the address bar. For example, 301 is the campaign ID for the campaign displayed on this page https://admanager.samsungads.com/campaign/301
How do I request a VAST URL?
Email our support team with the subject request for a VAST URL and include the following information and items:
Advertiser name
Video file
Creative name
Language of the video provided
Website URL
We will respond and provide you with a VAST URL for you to use to add your creative in Ad Manager.
