Create and download a report

Follow the instructions below to learn how to create and download an extract report.

1. Log into Ad Manager.

2. On the navigation ribbon at the top of the page, select Reporting. The reporting module will be displayed.

3. Click Create Report on the upper left hand side of the page. The Create Report form will be displayed.

Complete the Create Report form:

4. Click the Select Campaign drop down menu and select one or more campaigns to be included in your report.

5. Click the Report Type drop down menu and select the type of report you would like to create: delivery, web performance or custom.

6. Click the calendar icon and select a date range for your report.

7. If you selected a custom report in step 5, select the Dimensions and Metrics you want to include in your report by clicking on the dimensions and metrics drop menus and selecting from the options available. Learn more about the dimensions and metrics in the Report metrics article.

8. Click Download to generate your report. It will be created and downloaded as a csv file to your local device.
