Add or update payment information

On this page, you will learn how to do the following:

• Add a credit card.

• Change default payment method.

• Remove a card.

Add a credit card

To add a credit card to your account, follow these steps:

1. From the home page, click the user icon in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Click Billing Center.

3. Click Add Credit Card.

4. Enter your credit card details and click Save.

Change default payment method

The first credit card added to the billing center will automatically be set to the default payment method. The default payment method will have a blue Default tag. If there are multiple credit cards attached to your account, the Default card will be displayed at the top of the list.

Before you switch default payment

There must always be at least one active credit card on file to use as a default payment method. If there is not an active card on file, you may have your account suspended. Learn more about account suspension and how to resolve it in Account Suspension.

To change your default payment method, follow these steps:

1. From the home page, click the user icon in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Click Billing Center.

3. The credit cards saved to your account are displayed. Select the three-dot menu next to the card you want to use as default payment and click Set As Default.

Note

If you only have one card attached to your account, that card will automatically be set as the default payment.

Remove a card

You cannot remove a card if:

• The card is currently set as the default payment method. You must assign another card as default first.

• There is only one credit card on file.

To remove a card, follow these steps:

1. From the home page, click the user icon in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Click Billing Center.

3. Select the three-dot menu to the right of the card you want to remove and click Remove card.
