Account suspension can happen if Samsung Ad Manager is unable to process your payment. Payment may be declined if the credit card on file has expired or has insufficient funds.
If a payment fails, the Samsung team will reach out via email to let you know about the unsuccessful payment attempt. This email will include a link to the Billing Center so you can add a new card or change the default payment method.
If you do not update your payment information within 48 hours, your account will be suspended.
What happens when your account is suspended
If your account is suspended, the following will happen:
You will receive an email with the subject line Your Account is Suspended.
A red banner will display at the top of every page in your Samsung Ads account.
The status of all your campaigns will change to Suspended.
Each of these three alerts will contain a link to the Billing Center so that you can update your payment information.
How to resolve account suspension
To resolve account suspension, follow these steps:
From the home page, click the user icon in the upper right-hand corner.
Click Billing Center.
Click Add Credit Card.
Enter your credit card details and click Save.
Select the three-dot menu to the right of the card and click Set As Default.
Once the new card is added, the outstanding payment will be processed and the suspension will be lifted. All campaigns will resume their previous status and you will receive an email that confirms the payment has been successfully processed.
